Cancellation Policy

To ensure a smooth experience for all our guests, Resort Trimurti has established a clear cancellation policy. We recommend reviewing these guidelines before finalizing your travel plans to avoid any inconvenience.

Standard Cancellation: Cancellations made 15 days or more prior to the check-in date will incur no cancellation charges (unless specified otherwise during booking).

Late Cancellations: Cancellations made between 7 to 14 days prior to check-in will incur a charge equivalent to one night's stay. Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to check-in will be charged the full booking amount.

Peak Season & Holidays: During peak seasons (e.g., Durga Puja, Diwali, Christmas, New Year), cancellations made less than 30 days prior to check-in will be non-refundable.

How to Cancel: All cancellations must be communicated in writing via email to trimurtiresort@gmail.com or by calling our official contact numbers.

Force Majeure: In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or pandemics, we reserve the right to cancel bookings and offer alternative dates or a full refund.
